Genie has a wealth of experience with employment-based visas and green cards and has successfully represented esports teams, athletes and support staff in obtaining B-1/B-2 visas for tournaments and exhibitions as well as O-1 and P-1 visas for athletes and support staff. She has also obtained professional and investor visas for esports and iGaming executives and regularly advises clients on optimal strategies for obtaining green cards and U.S. citizenship.
